Friday afternoon we flew to Ohio for Brandon's graduation. Landon did wonderful on his first trip in an airplane. We even got a few compliments on how great he did...I did all my worrying for nothing. I had never been to Ohio before this trip, all the green trees and grass was so pretty. Landon got to see his 5 cousins that he hasn't seen in almost a year. Stephen took care of him like a little mother hen, it was so sweet. I think all the cousins had fun seeing Landon, they were all so gentle and sweet to him. I know Landon had fun seeing them!!
The hotel that we stayed at had a cute little house behind it that served a wonderful breakfast. The scenery around the little house was so peaceful and calm, there were plants, flowers, a small walking pathway. The picture above was taken in front of the house that serves breakfast.
Landon loves it outside, so he enjoyed walking around the little paths.
On Saturday, we went to Kings Island, it is an amusement park similar to Six Flags. Landon and Kyle spent some time in kiddie land riding some rides. It was so cute watching Landon be so independent and "big". I think I was more scared than he was. Ha!
I did get to ride a few of the kiddie rides with Landon. Here we (David too) are riding in a helicopter. Landon was just hanging out.
Landon had fun riding the horses on the carousel. We rode it several times during the course of the day!! Landon always seemed a little frightened until it started going, then after that he really enjoyed it!
Landon and Kyle were so cute riding in this jeep together. In the picture above it looks as if Kyle is giving Landon some tips on how to drive.
Such a big boy!! We had a great day at King's Island, despite the fact that we got stuck in the park during a huge storm!! The storm came at the end of the day just before the park was closing. Security put us in a storage closet in a candy shop because there was a tornado warning!! We all made it out okay and will look back and laugh at the craziness that went on!!
Sunday we went to church and then Bryan drove David and I around to look at Mason while Landon took a nap at the house with Grandma and Grandpa.

Grandma and Grandpa with the graduation boy!
Our family with Brandon before his graduation.
Kyle and Landon.
Brandon with his mom. She has four more high school graduations to go!!
Stephen totally looking as if he would rather being doing other things besides getting his picture taken.
Unfortunately, we did not get to go the actual graduation due to our flight schedule, but it was nice being there for Brandon's graduation weekend. Our flight home was a little delayed, but we made it home safely late Sunday night.
This was Landon soon after we arrived home from the airport...he was one tired little boy!!
