This evening Landon and I spent a good portion of time out in the backyard. David had a meeting, so we enjoyed the beautiful weather--just the two of us. Landon mostly played with his bubble wand and I took pictures of the little guy!!
"Mommy, can we pleeease go outside?"
Landon is beginning to climb on things and he thought this footrest was a good thing to climb on. I was close to catch him in case he started to fall.
Ok, just so you know, I was VERY close to him at this point. Little man is absolutely fearless. He did stand up for a small second until I made him sit down.
He was so proud of himself, and mommy was too of course!!
There were birds flying in and out of the backyard. Each time Landon saw or heard a bird he would say, "oh!
After a much needed bath, Landon read one of his favorite books, Toes, Ears, & Nose! After some snuggles and bedtime prayers Landon willingly went to bed, he was a tuckered out boy. It was a great evening with my little guy.

oh, how i wish we lived closer! ava and i spent the later part of the afternoon at a park, i walked for a bit and then we played! the weather has just been too nice to stay inside! it looks like landon loves the outdoors! so glad ya'll had a fun evening...those always feel soooo good! he is getting so big! such a cutie!
