On Saturday morning we woke up to go 'March For Babies' and it was an absolutely beautiful morning for a 3.5 mile walk. It was sunny and there were very light winds, which was a very welcome change since we have had high winds the past few weeks.
A cute boy ready to walk.
This was the fifth year that we have participated in this walk and there were more people there than we have ever seen! There were thousands of people out supporting a great cause.
We ran into one of David's friends that was a groomsmen in our wedding, so we had to snap a picture of his daughter, Sophia, with Landon.
Logan's picture in the Garden of Hope.
Sweet boy.
We did it!
I thought these next few pictures of Landon eating his hot dog were cute...
It was so wonderful to see so many families out supporting such a wonderful cause, and we had a great time as usual! Later that afternoon, David took Landon to see the movie Rio while I went to a baby shower.
Sunday morning we went to church and we let Landon go the nursery for the first time ever! We typically go to mass on Saturday or Sunday evenings and there is not a nursery available at those masses so he usually just goes with us. Knowing that mass would be long this morning for Palm Sunday we decided to try the nursery out. When we brought him into the nursery he threw the biggest fit because he didn't want us to leave. It breaks my heart when he does that, but I know it's good for him to be around other kids and new situations. I just knew we would get a phone call during church to come get him, but we didn't!! His teacher said that he did so well once we left. :)
We snapped a few pics before church.
When I tried to take a picture with him he kept making the silliest faces!
Silly boy!
