Visit

My Grandmother has stayed with us for the past few days, and she went back home this morning. We truly enjoyed her stay, and it was a little sad to see her go. She came on Father's Day and that afternoon we took her with us to see Toy Story 3. She said that it was her first movie in probably 20 years! She was amazed at how things have changed. The movie theater was full of people, and when we got in the theater the only seats left were the ones on the floor. We thought we would leave with cricks in our necks from sitting so close the the screen, but our seats ended up not being bad at all. Landon loved it and sat through the entire thing.
We played dominoes, and Grandmother won every game! She also went to Little Gym and story time at the library with us. One evening we took her to eat at Babes. You can't have out of town company come in and NOT take them to Babes! She loved it and was still talking about it the next morning. This cute little face is so blessed to know and spend time with our Grandmothers.

My handsome boys!
Grandmother left this morning and this afternoon our friend, David, came over to play. He is several years older than Landon, but they play very well together. Landon looks up to David and wants to do everything David does. I caught them playing "construction workers" in the hallway and had to snap a picture. Landon noticed how David was kneeling for the picture, so he had to do the same thing! Ha! Landon also wanted to wear a vest like David, but we don't have another one, so they decided that a bib would work just as well! So fun! My little boy is growing up too fast.
